1. How Far in Advance You Can Book
• Customers may book up to 12 months in advance for any service.
• Availability is confirmed at the time of booking and secured once payment requirements are met.

2. Payment Requirements
Bookings Made More Than 7 Days in Advance
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the service date.
• Once the booking is within 7 days of the service date, all payments become non‑refundable.
Bookings Made Within 7 Days of Service
• 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
• These bookings are non‑refundable.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
Refunds are based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
Time Before Service Refund Amount
More than 14 days 80% refund
8–14 days 50% refund
7 days or less No refund
Note: Refunds apply only to bookings made more than 7 days in advance. Short‑notice bookings (within 7 days) are non‑refundable.
Cloud Driver Cancellations
If Cloud Driver cannot fulfill a confirmed booking:
• The customer receives a 100% refund, and
• A 20% credit toward a future booking.
